Well, admittedly I haven't seen anything else of her either, so maybe she has grown a lot in Ruby, and it could be a similar situation to what happened with Jared in the beginning, you know? Lord knows Supernatural can pack some serious writing that would make an actor grow into the part and thus grow in their craft.
I'm not saying she can't get there, I'm only saying she's still not convincing me. I do love the character, I find the idea fascinating, but I'm still to see Katie's capacities. BUT, like I said, haven't seen her work previous to this, so I'm basically lacking a referential point.
Oh, and not to be rude or anything, is more me being curious about it, did you read that entire long-ass post, and that's all that's all you choose to comment on? I really need to hone my meta abilities, then...
