You guys!!!!!! I am so embarrassed it took me this long to sit down and thank you all for the happy birthday wishes!
It was sort of a surreal experience, because on the one hand my brother is waking me up at ungodly hours to be the first to wish a happy one and on the other hand I have this pile of books to go through a third time because there was this final (last one this term, YES!) making me awfully paranoid and nothing else was getting through. And the it was over and it felt like such a non-event, yanno? but on Friday morning before heading to campus I finally allowed myself to log in to LJ and, you guys!!!!!
Thank you so much, like I told Zo, I always fear no one will remember because I'm terrible at remembering these dates myself, so it feels like it would be appropriate, on a cosmic level, or something. I keep forgetting how fabulously fantastic my flist is (and yes Zo, reminders and other assorted gizmos with which I shall now make myself more acquainted ;p ). Never again. You're a bunch of wonderful people who continuously remind me of the still-there goodness of the world. I love you all!!!
