IJ. Biden. Yoga.

I've actually had a IJ account for a few weeks now, it's still mostly for LJ backup purposes, but if you wish to friend me there, I'll friend you back, in fact it is highly likely I'll friend you even if you don't friend me at all, I've been known to do that. In another front, thanks to icymorning  I got to see this first thing in the morning, and so I'm spreading the love. 



Um, I achieved the crane this morning? Am incredibly proud, thereby nullifying the whole point of yoga. Maybe I'll ponder on my ways after I'm done basking in the joy. Joy is good.
